What data we collect

  • From the contact form: your name, e-mail address or phone number, the content of your message, and the listing the inquiry refers to.
  • Technical data: the IP address and the time the form was submitted. We store these only to limit spam and abuse.
  • We do not ask for sensitive data (health, beliefs, financial situation). Please do not include such details in your message.

03

Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to your inquiry and discussing a listing. Basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in carrying on the correspondence).
  • Protecting the form against spam and abuse. Basis: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Tax and accounting obligations, if the inquiry leads to a lease. Basis: art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

04

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last contact.
  • If a lease is signed: for the term of the lease and the limitation period for claims, with accounting records kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year.
  • You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner at any time. We do so unless the data is still needed for accounting or to defend against claims.

Voluntary submission and automation

  • We do not profile you and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

08

Cookies and maps

  • The public site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics and there are no advertising pixels.
  • The only cookies are the technical session cookies of the owner login. The panel does not work without them and they are not used to track visitors.
  • Maps on listing pages load their tiles from OpenFreeMap servers. When a tile is fetched, the map provider sees your browser's IP address.
  • Typefaces are served from our own server, so opening a page sends no request to an external font provider.

09

Changes to this policy

  • If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date shown above.
